Here At Willie Bird, we want you to have the best turkey products available and take great pride in fulfilling that desire. Should any issues arise please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns.

Shipments during January through October are not able to be cancelled within three days of your delivery date. Shipments during November and December are not able to be updated or cancelled within ten days of your delivery date.
